Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By scheduling an appointment with Holden Appliance Repair, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Call and Diagnosis Fee
A diagnosis fee of $95 will be charged for all service calls. This fee covers the technician's time and travel to your location to diagnose the appliance issue.
Should you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, the $95 diagnosis fee will be credited towards the final repair. If you decline the repair, the diagnosis fee is non-refundable.
2. Estimates and Repairs
After diagnosing the issue, our technician will provide you with a detailed estimate for the necessary repairs. We will not proceed with any repairs without your explicit approval of the estimate.
All repairs over $300 require a 30% deposit.
3. Payment
Payment for services rendered is due in full upon completion of the repair. We accept Cards, Cash, or Check.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with missed appointments and technician scheduling.

5. Warranty
We stand behind our work. All repairs performed by Holden Appliance Repair are backed by a 6-month warranty on both parts and labor, effective from the date of the original repair. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and any parts replaced during that repair.
Callback Policy for Warranty Issues:
If you experience an issue related to a previous repair within the 6-month warranty period, please contact us immediately to schedule a callback. If our technician determines the new problem is directly related to the original repair, there will be no additional charge for the callback.
However, if during a warranty callback, our technician finds that the new problem is unrelated to the original repair, you will be charged the standard $95 diagnosis fee. Subsequent repairs for the unrelated issue will be quoted separately and require your approval.
6. Liability
Holden Appliance Repair will exercise reasonable care in the performance of its services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the appliance, damages not directly caused by our technicians, or any consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
8. Amendments
Holden Appliance Repair reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
